Refund & Cancellation Policy (Online Travel Agent Platform)*

1. Cancellation by Customer Customers may cancel bookings through their account or by contacting support. Cancellation charges depend on the airline, hotel, or service provider’s policy. Service fees charged by the platform may be non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are processed only if permitted by the respective travel provider (airlines, hotels, etc.). Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Processing Time Eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days after confirmation from the provider. The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on the payment method or bank.

4. Partial Refunds In some cases, partial refunds may apply based on usage, cancellation timing, or provider rules.

5. No-Show Policy Failure to use a booked service without prior cancellation may result in no refund.

6. Changes & Modifications Booking changes are subject to availability and provider policies. Additional charges may apply.

7. Platform Liability The platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for provider-specific refund decisions, delays, or policy changes.
