Welcome to OTA 24 Hours. These Partnership Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between OTA 24 Hours and our esteemed partners. By joining our network, you agree to comply with these terms.
OTA 24 Hours operates on a commission-based model. Commissions are deducted from the total booking value. Payment cycles are processed bi-weekly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate the partnership with a 30-day written notice. OTA 24 Hours reserves the right to suspend any partner account immediately in case of fraud, poor customer service, or breach of terms.
Partners are solely responsible for the services they provide. OTA 24 Hours acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for service failures or accidents occurring during partner-provided services.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests are subject to property availability and company confirmation.
All on-site staff members must strictly adhere to the company's designated uniform and grooming standards.
Partners must maintain strict confidentiality regarding agreed B2B rates. Under no circumstances should these be disclosed to guests.
Payments for extra occupants or additional services requested on-site must be collected directly from the guest by the property.
A valid government-issued photo ID with address proof must be collected and verified for all guests upon arrival.
The agency acts solely as an intermediary to provide service information and negotiated rates; operational liability remains with the partner.
